Global Search may not list or display results in searching item names but using a wildcard (%) after the same keyword lists/displays the item.
For example,
If users type in 1001%, Global Search will display item: ABC D 1001EF.
If users type in 1001, Global Search will not display item: ABC D 1001EF because there are spaces in between the item name. For the item to be displayed without using the wild card sign, remove the spaces on the item name.
Users must consider that the Display name is first being searched on in Global Search.
