Management >
Saved Searches>
New2. Click on
Transactions link
3. On the
Criteria tab>
Standard subtab
- Type is Purchase Order
- Line System Notes:Type is Change
- Line System Notes:Field is Quantity
4. Click on
Results tab>
Columns subtab
- Date
- Number
- Item
- Quantity
- Amount
- Line System Notes:Date
- Line Systems Notes:Field
- Line System Notes:Old Value
- Line System Notes:New Value
May add other fields that deemed necessary.
5. Click
Save & Run.
