Saved Search for Customer Records using Alt. Email, Mobile Phone or Home phone field as filter.

To resolve this, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
     
     2. Select Customer.
     
     3. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, select Formula (Text).
     
     4. In the Customer Search popup window, set the following:

  • Field: Choose Alt. Email, Mobile Phone, Home Phone, Subscription Category or Zip Code
  • Formula (Text) : Choose your criteria

     5. Click Set.
     
     6. Add other required filters.
     
     7. Click Save & Run.
