Pull up lists of Contacts who were previously subscribed to any Subscription (like Surveys, Newsletter, Product Updates, Service Plan, Marketing and Billing Communication)

Question/Problem:
 
The customer wants to get the contacts who were previously subscribed (like Surveys, Newsletter, Product Updates, Service Plan, Marketing and Billing Communication) but Subscription field is not available on Criteria and Results tab of a Search.

Answer/Solution:
 
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Contact

2. Go to Criteria tab > Filter = Formula (Text) > Description = is Marketing (e.g of Subscription) > Formula = {subscription}

3. Go to Results tab > Field = Formula (Text) > Formula = {subscription}

*Please take note that Subscription will show only on the Saved Search when Subscribed = Yes (Contact record > General tab > Subscription sub tab).

*Please take note of Enhancement# 132662 - Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Contact. Add a field %u201CSubscription%u201D under Available Filters tab.
