OzLINK is a 3rd party Solution Provider which acts as a gateway between NetSuite and the existing shipping applications offered by four major shippers - UPS, FedEx, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service.
When users enter orders in NetSuite and process the fulfillment through OzLINK Integration, they sometimes encounter problems in printing integrated shipping labels and oftentimes need to reprint the same labels.
When users process the fulfillment of the order through OzLINK, NetSuite automatically disables the Integrated Shipping Label feature thus, no shipping label is generated through NetSuite.
Due to this reason, Support should refer the said concern to OzLINK or to the technical support for shipping applications offered by UPS, FedEx, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service.
