When users generate the same Auth Code for multiple sales orders right after going live (i.e. Test Mode in NetSuite credit card setup is unchecked) in CyberSource, consider the following:
- Check the audit log and verify Auth Code = 123456.
- Visit CyberSource's website (www.cybersource.com). The information under Support Center > Implementation > Testing Info > Simple Order Api > General Testing Information says "For credit cards, the ccAuthReply_authorizationCode for an accepted transaction will typically be 123456 on the test server."
- Ask the user to refresh the changes made, sign out, clear internet cache and log back in.
- Revisit credit card settings under Setup > Accounting > Credit Card Processing > Cybersource account. Make sure that Test Mode = No.
- Reprocess the Sales Order.
- Click Edit.
- Remove the previous P/N Ref and Auth Code.
- Check Get Authorization box.
- Click Save.
- Check the new Auth Code and revisit Cybersource Business Center to verify.
