List Users Who Filled-Out an Online Form through Saved Search

In the External tab of an Online Customer Form, user can see the number of submits and the # of request for the particular form. However, NetSuite does not have a built-in report that would list users who filled-out the form.

To generate the list users who filled-out an online form, perform the following steps:


1. Navigate to Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Forms.

2. Click Customize View.

3. Click More Options.

4. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, set filter:

         Name=is [Name of the Online Customer Form]


5. In the Results tab > Columns subtab, add the following fields:

         Date of Visit

         Shopper's Field: Name


6. Click Save and Run.

Note: The Number of Requests field tracks the number of times the form is accessed. Number of Submits field tracks the number of times the form is submitted.
