Imported Keyword Campaigns Do Not Appear in the Campaign List

This issue occurs due to incorrect mapping during the import process. To resolve this, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Lists > Marketing > Create Keyword Campaigns > Import.

2. Select the Campaign Keyword template 

3. Click Next.

4. Note that there are 2 yellow folders to your right under NetSuite Fields. These are Campaign Keywords and Campaign Keywords Keywords

     a. From the Campaign Keywords folder, map the following fields:

          i. Start Date
          ii. Manager

     b. Expand the Campaign Keywords Keywords folder and a sub folder called Campaign Keywords Keywords 1 is displayed. From the Campaign Keywords Keywords 1 folder, map the following fields:

          i. Family
          ii. Keyword (Req)
          iii. Search Engine
          iv. URL

Note: Optional fields:

  • Category
  • Audience
  • Vertical
  • Offer
  • End Date
  • Cost

4. Click Run.
