Scenario:
- The Full CSV Export function completed successfully
- Internet Explorer browser was used
- 0-byte of file was generated
NetSuite developers are yet to revisit the design of the Full CSV Export function with all the outstanding issues similar to this (0-byte file exported). This is being tracked on Issue 130021.
As an alternate solution, users may process the export using Mozilla Firefox. If the export still fails, users may run separate searches for each record type and do the export one record type at a time.
