Failure to Process Credit Card Charge Transaction Due to Incorrect WorldPay Credentials

 

To correct the error message "Unfortunately the credit card charge transaction failed.  There was a problem with your WorldPay credentials...." users must take note of the following: 1. An XML installation from Worldpay must have been requested. 2. Enter XML password in Setup > Accounting > Payment Processing Profiles and not the Login password used in Worldpay website. 3. The XML password can only be obtained once Worldpay is done with the XML Installation.
