Enable Failure Notification Email in PayPal Manager.

Failure Notification Email feature in Paypal Manager informs end customers when charge credit card transaction fails. To enable the said feature, users must perform the following:

1. Login to PayPal Manager (https://manager.paypal.com/).
2. Navigate to Home > Service Summary portlet.
3. Click Recurring Billing > Customer Email tab.
4. As an alternative way, click Service Settings tab then Recurring Billing subtab.
5. Locate Customer Email subtab.
6. Locate Failure Notification Email section.
7. Check Email Payment Notifications to Customers box.
