Scenario:
 
Documents > Mail Merge > Bulk Merge > Letter > Once the Merge is complete you get a archived zip file containing a separate Word Document for each record.  
 


Solution:
 
Enhancement 79593 provides a workaround on how to print the Word Documents by just a few clicks:  
 
1. Extract all the files from the archive to your Computer.  
2. Highlight all of the files (Edit > Select All)  
3. Right click on one of the Files  
4. Choose Print. This will open each file, print, and close the file once printing is done.  
 
Note: Depending on your MS Word template settings, you may encounter an Error Message that says:  

"Opening this document will run the following SQL command:  
SELECT * FROM C:\...  
Data from your database will be placed in the document. Do you want to continue?"  
 
To avoid this error, you may follow these steps before uploading the Template file to NetSuite:  
 
1. Open the Template File.  
2. On the Mail Merge toolbar, press the "Main Document Setup" button  
3. Select the Normal Word Document  
4. Click on OK  
5. Click on Save  
6. Upload the Template File to NetSuite.
