When user is unable to locate Ships Individually checkbox on item records to always ship the items alone and with no other items in the same package, consider the following:
- Charge for Shipping is disabled.
- To enable Charge for Shipping preference, consider the following steps:
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping
- Mark Charge for Shipping
- Click Submit
