Display the Schedule Button when Viewing a Report

Scenario:

  • Role has Report Customization permission with Level = Full.
  • The Schedule button still can't be seen at the lower right hand corner beside Options and Print.

To resolve this, perform the following steps:

1. Log in as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
3. Edit the Custom Role.
4. Under the Permissions tab > Reports subtab, add Report Scheduling permission with Full access level.
5. Under the Permissions tab > Lists subtab, add the Export Lists permission with Create permission level.
6. Click Save.
