Display Print a Price List Link on the Customer Center / My Account Page

 

From a standardCustomer Center role, the Print a PriceList link is purposely hidden, so this is an intended functionality. Todisplay the link on the Customer Center/My Account page (Web Store), user needsto customize the Customer Center role to enable permission to view Print aPrice List link.


a. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles> Manage Roles
b. Customize the Standard Customer Center role
c. Under Permissionstab > Transactions subtab >look for Generate Price Lists permission
d. Set Level to View

Make sure toassign the custom role to the Customer Record or as the default Customer CenterRole.

A.   To assignto a customer record:

a.    Edita customer record

b.   UnderSystem Information > Access > change Customer Center roleto the custom role created

c.     Save

B.   Toassign the new custom role as the default Customer Center role ofnewly-registered customers:

a.    Navigateto Setup > Company > GeneralPreferences > DEFAULT ROLE FORNEW CUSTOMERS = assign the custom customer center role

b.    Save
