Cybersource Soft Decline Error Messages.

If users receive error "Credit Card Processing Error for customers using Cybersource > com.netledger.business.creditcard.NLCcProcessException", upon checkout on webstore using CyberSource as Credit Card Processor, consider that the same is called as "soft declines" from CyberSource. This results in a rejection of an order where order is not saved in NetSuite yet, funds are held (payment is not made) against the customer's credit limit for a limited time, usually for two days. The rejection is the result of an AVS check failure.

To save the order even in case of a soft decline, users have the option to mark Ignore AVS checkbox on the CyberSource merchant account record.
