Customize a Payroll Report to show Earnings and Withholdings of an Employee

To customize Payroll Summary to show only the Earnings and withholdings of an employee, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Reports > Payroll > Payroll Summary

2. Click the Customize button > Edit Columns > Payroll Transactions folder > Employee folder > select Name

Note:  This will add a new column

3.  Drag and drop Employee to the left-most corner and under the Payroll Type column

4.  Navigate to the Filters tab > Payroll Item Type folder > select TYPE > and filter the report to show only the Earnings and Withholdings of an employee:

      a. Set the Filter to ''equal to''

      b. Select the type and set it to Earning and Withholding

      c. Click Done

      d. Click Done
e. Preview or Save the Report
