Custom Role with Item Reciept - View permission cannot save an Item Reciept or change role while on the Item Reciept window

When using IE browser, clicking on  "Error on page" (located on the lower left portion of the browser) will open a popup window with "Error: Syntax Error/JavaScript Error: 'page_unload'

1. Login using Custom Role.
2. Navigate to Transactions > Customers > Issue Return Authorizations.
3. Select a Customer, Location and all mandatory fields.
4. Enter an Item on the Items tab
5. Save
6. Click the Approve Return button.
7. Next click the Receive button.
8. Click Save and nothing happens.

The Custom Role should have at least Create level of access for Item Receipt.
