Custom Report Snapshot is Not Available for a Custom Role

A Custom report snapshot has been created and is shared to the custom role. The custom role has View level of permission for Report Customization. However, user tries to add the custom snapshot on his dashboard but the Custom subfolder is not available.

In order for the role to access the Custom subfolder under Report Snapshots, his role needs at least Edit level permission to Report Customization. To edit the role, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
     
     2. Edit the Custom role.
     
     3. In the Permissions tab > Reports subtab, locate Report Customization permission.
     
     4. Set Level to Edit.
     
     5. Click Save.
