CSV Response: "Please enter values for name" when Importing Leads and Contacts Together

To correct this error, perform the following steps (requires an Administrator):

     1. Navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences.
     
     2. Set the Default Lead Type to Company.
     
     3. Click Save.
     
     4. Reimport the CSV file.
