CSV Response: Invalid Company Reference Key when Adding New Customers and Contacts Together Through CSV Import

User is performing a CSV import of new Leads/Customers/Prospects and Contacts together using a single file. However, the following error appears in the CSV response file: Invalid Company reference key.

In the mapping section under the Contacts folder, there is a field for Company. This field needs not be mapped since a single file is being used. The contact is linked automatically to the entity record after import. To resolve this error, in the Field Mapping section of the Import Assistant, remove the mapping for the Company field.

Note: On the Data Handling page, select Add or Update instead of Add.
