CSV Import for Customer Records throws the error: Please set value for Type

1. Log in usingthe Administrator role.

2. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.

3. Edit the preferred Customer/Lead/Prospect form.

4. From the Custom Entry Form page, click the Fields tab > Mainsubtab.

5. Find the Type field and uncheck the Mandatory checkbox.

6. Click Save.

7. Run the import again and the error should no longer appear.
