Create Sales Orders and Link it to Existing Opportunities Through CSVImport

To accomplish this, perform the following steps:

     1. Create the CSV file with the following columns:

·         External ID

·         Company Name

·         Opportunity Title

·         Item

·         Quantity

·         Price Level

          Note: Opportunity Title must be the exact title set in the Opportunity record.
         
     2. In NetSuite, navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records.
    
     3. Select Transactions in the Import Type field.
    
     4. Select Sales Order in the Record Type field.
    
     5. Click Select.
    
     6. Locate the CSV file then click Open.
    
     7. Click Next.
    
     8. Select Add for Data Handling.
    
     9. Click Next.
    
     10. In the Field Mapping section, set the following:     

  

     11. Click Next.
    
     12. Provide Import Map Name.
    
     13. Click Save & Run.
