There are two possible causes of this problem:
- Role does not have the sufficient permission
- Tab is hidden on the form
To resolve, perform the following steps:
Option One: Role does not have the sufficient permission:
1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Edit the Role.
3. In the Permissions tab > Lists subtab, add Upsell Assistant.
4. Set Level to Full.
5. Click Save.
Option Two: Tab is hidden on the form:
1. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items.
2. Edit an Item.
3. In the Customize link, select Customize Form.
4. In the Custom Entry Form page, click Lists tab.
5. Click the Web Store subtab.
6. Check Correlated Items checkbox.
7. Click Save.
