Correct Item Quantity When Current Transactions are Dated After the Item Distribution.

If the Inventory Distribution quantity varies with the Item Record quantity, consider that there may be a transaction (e.g. Item Receipt) entered after the distribution transaction but dated prior to the distribution.

Users have the option to perform either of the following:

• Delete all transactions dated subsequent to the Item Distribution including the item distribution then recreating the distribution to be dated after the last backdated transaction. In this example is the Item Receipt.
  
  
• Edit the backdated transaction (i.e. Item Receipt) and change the date to a day after the Item Distribution.
