Change the Posting Period for Revenue Recognition Journal Entries

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders > List
  2. View the sales order
  3. Click View link under Items tab > Rev Rec Schedule field
  4. Edit the revenue recognition schedule
  5. Change the Posting Period on the lines for the journal entries to be created
  6. Navigate to Transactions > Financial > Create Revenue Recognition Journal Entries
Note: Revenue recognition journal entries will now show up under the corrected posting periods.
