User is an Administrator. When editing a custom record type via Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types, the Change ID button is not available.
This happens when the following features are disabled:.
- Server SuiteScript
Client SuiteScript
To enable the features, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
2. Click the SuiteCloud tab.
3. Under SuiteScript section, check Client Client SuiteScript and Server SuiteScript.
4. Click I Agree.
5. Click Save.
