Bulk Merge Limit Per Month

Bulk Merge Limit per month if no Email Domain setup is 100,000.

If Email Domain is setup, user is allowed to send more than 100,000 emails per month, provided that user don't exceed the annual limit.

If no Email Domain setup, bulk merge limit is based on a 30-days rolling period.

For Example:

Anniversary Date: January 01, 2010

Component Usage: 01/15/2010=98,000

Bulk Merge Email Volume: Current Provisoned as of Feb.01,2010= 360,000

Bulk Merge Email Volume: Qty. Current Used=98,000

Bulk Merge Email Volume: Qty. Available= 262,000

If today is 02/01/2010 and the user performs a bulk merge to group of 5,000 customers, user gets an error: This merge operation exceeds the number of emails (100000) that can be sent per month without setting up a bulk merge domain or specifying one on the email template.

Even if the user has 262,000 emails available, user will still be unable to perform the bulk merge since user has exceeded the 100K limit/month. Thus, user can only send to not more than 2,000 customer.

Limit is reset on a 30-days rolling period. On 02/15/2010, user will have 98,000 bulk email merge volume added.
