Add a Task Hyperlink to a Saved Search Results Page

 
1. Create a customer saved search using Reports> Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Choose Customer.
3. Under the Results subtab choose Formula (Text).
4. Use the Formula:
'<a name="Task" id="Task" href="'||'https://system.netsuite.com/app/crm/calendar/task.nl?=T&refresh=activities&invitee='||{internalid}||'&company='||{internalid}||'" target="_blank">Task</a>'


Note: URL will depend on the Data Center account is located at. For example, if production environment URL is system.na1.netsuite.com:

'<a name="Task" id="Task" href="'||'https://system.na1.netsuite.com/app/crm/calendar/task.nl?=T&refresh=activities&invitee='||{internalid}||'&company='||{internalid}||'" target="_blank">Task</a>'

5. Saved the search and preview the results.
