Add Item on Generated Revenue Commitment

If users edit a generated revenue commitment and finds Item column field grayed out therefore, not able to add an item, consider the following:

• Revenue Commitments are generated solely from a Sales Order.
• NetSuite restricts adding an item on a generated revenue commitment therefore, users may only add an item on a sales order to generate a new revenue commitment.
• If users would like to have the items in one revenue commitment, delete the generated revenue commitment, add the item on the Sales Order, then generate a revenue commitment.
