Access Saved Search if Search Criteria Has Expired

If a Custom Role is unable to view a Saved Search due to a notice that says "The search criteria has expired", consider that the Custom Role may not have been selected in the Audience tab of the same Saved Search. To select and assign, perform the following:

1.    Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches.

2.    Click Edit next to the related Saved Search.

3.    Locate Audience tab.

4.    Select the Custom Role on Roles portlet.

5. Click Save.
