1099 and 1096 Filing for customers using Netsuite's Accounts Payable and Payroll Modules

Premier Payroll users can simultaneously process 1099 payments via Netsuite's Accounts Payable (AP) and Payroll Service Modules.

Ceridian files 1099s and 1096s that are processed through NetSuite payroll.  The payroll user can file 1099 and 1096 for the amounts they have on their AP system.  This poses no issues when Internal Revenue Service (IRS) combines the filings because the IRS accepts multiple filings from employers and individuals.

NOTE: Payroll users are recommended to compare their 1096 with their physically filings.  The amounts should exclude transactions processed through payroll.
