Following are steps how to do that:
Creating copies of standard Reports
1. Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales by Customer > Customize Detail.
2. Provide Name of the new Report.
3. Click on More Options link and then click Audience subtab.
4. In Roles field specify the Role names of all sales personnel that need to use this report.
5. Click Save.
6. Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales by Customer > Customize Summary.
7. Provide Name of the new Report.
8. Click on More Options link and then click Audience subtab.
9. In Roles field specify the Role names of all sales personnel that need to use this report.
10. Set Drill Down Report to the Report created in step 2.
11. Click Save.
12. Repeat this procedure for all other required Sales Reports.
Changing Permissions:
1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Click Edit next to the Role that should be updated with the new permissions.
3. Click Permissions > Reports subtab.
4. Remove Sales permission.
5. Save.
