Hide Estimated Shipping and Promo Code Sections in the Order Summary of Reference Checkout

Applicable to the following version:
Reference Checkout 2.02 (Bundle 49333)

To hide the Estimated Shipping and Promo code sections in the Shopping Cart and Checkout Order Summary section:
1. Copy shopping_cart_summary_macro.txt from Reference Checkout to the Custom Checkout folder on a similar path: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - Checkout 2.02.0 > Custom Checkout > templates > shopping_cart > macros
2. Edit shopping_cart_summary_macro.txt.
3. Remove

<div class="collapsible well-section cart-summary-promocode-section"></textarea?and replace it with:<textarea rows="1" cols="80" readonly=""><div class="collapsible well-section cart-summary-promocode-section hide">

and replace it with:

<div class="collapsible well-section cart-summary-promocode-section hide">

4. Remove

and replace it with:

<div class="collapsible well-section cart-summary-shipping-section hide">

5. Save the file.

6. Copy checkout_cart_summary_macro.txt from Reference Checkout to the Custom Checkout folder on a similar path: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - Checkout 2.02.0 > Custom Checkout > templates > shopping_cart > macros

7. Edit checkout_cart_summary_macro.txt.
8. Remove

and replace it with:

9. Save the file
