1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Search > All Saved Searches > New > select Customer.
2. Rename the search.
3. In the Criteria tab:
1. Set 'Use Expressions' box = True/check.
2. Add Filters: (please be mindful of the 'Parens' or parenthesis and 'And/Or' columns)
· Status | is Customer-Trial, Customer-Base, Customer-Full | And
· System Notes: Date | is within this month | And
· ( | System Notes: Type | is Create | Or
· ( | System Notes: Type | is Change | And
· ( | System Notes: Old Value | contains Lead | Or
· System Notes: Old Value | contains Prospects | )))
4. In the Results tab, Add/Remove the Fields depending on the requirements:
1. Name
2. City
3. State/Province
4. Sales rep
5. Status
3. Click Save and Run.
