SuiteAnswers is Missing from NetSuite Japan Edition (Non OneWorld)


When users navigate to Support tab> SuiteAnswers is missing. Use this link https://system.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/ptaredirector.nl  to show SuiteAnswers. 

This is an alternate solution to Issue 272417.
