Submit an Inventory Count > Notice: "You must enter at least one line item for this transaction."

Please note that if the Item is using Bins and the Bins associated are never used in prior transactions (no transaction history), the Notice: "You must enter at least one line item for this transaction." will be prompted by the system and the Create Inventory Count page will not be saved.
