1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction in the list and rename the Search Title.
3. On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, set the following filters:
**Type is Sales Order
**Main Line is false
**Formula (Numeric) is greater than or equal to 1 | Formula = {quantity}-{item.quantityonhand}
4. On the Results tab > Columns subtab, add the following fields:
**Item
**Document Number
**Quantity
**Item: On Hand
5. On the Email tab, put a check mark in the Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated box.
6. On the Email tab > Specific Recipients subtab, select the recipient's name from the Recipients column dropdown.
7. Click the Save & Run button.
