Saved Search that lists Total Sales by Customer and Shipping Zip Code

To create a Saved Search that would list Total Sales by Customer and Shipping Zip Code, please perform these steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.

2. Select Transaction as the Search Type.

3. Enter a Search Title and set the following:
Criteria tab > Standard sub tab:

*Type = Invoice, Cash Sale, Credit Memo

*Main Line = T (Yes)

*Shipping Zip = not empty

*Date = Set this to a specific date range, if needed

Results tab > Columns sub tab:

Sorty By = Shipping Zip

Add fields needed to show as search columns including the following:

Field | Summary Type

*Shipping Zip | Group

*Name | Group

*Amount | Sum

Available Filters tab:

*Shipping Zip | Show in Filter Region = T

4. Save & Run.

Note: Billing Zip field may be used instead of Shipping Zip.
