1. Navigate to Reports > Saves Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Choose Transaction from the list.
3. In Criteria > Standard > Filter:
a. Choose Type from the dropdown and in the popup select Purchase Order.
b. Choose Messages Fields... from the dropdown and in the popup select Message. In the new popup, set Message to starts with and type in 'Please open the attached file to view your Purchase Order' in the blank field.
4. In Results > Columns > Field:
a. Add and Remove fields as deemed necessary.
5. Rename Saved Search and click Save & Run.
