In the View Errors screen in NetSuite for Outlook, the Clear these errors link only deletes 100 errors at a time. The user wants to clear all the error logs at once.
This can be done by renaming the metadata file in the NetSuite for Outlook folder, which contains the cache of the add in.
In Windows Vista, 7 and 8, the NetSuite for Outlook folder has this path:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Celigo\NetSuite for Outlook
In Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\Celigo\NetSuite for Outlook
Rename the metadata file to metadata1 or metadataOLD.
