Location is not saved causing Back Ordered Items on Sales Orders

To resolve the problem, users must check if Inventory Distribution transactions were entered for the items that are back ordered. If yes, take note of the Inventory Distribution date.  Locations are saved and committed only when the sales order is dated after the Inventory Distribution date.
