1. Open the invoice and click on Edit.
2. Click on Customize > Customize Form on the top left corner.
3. On Screen Fields > Columns, put a checkmark on Department.
4. Click on Save.
5. Edit the Invoice, remove the item and re-add it. The Department will be added along with the item.
6. Save the invoice.
7. Run Income Statement again.
8. Click on the Column dropdown on the footer and select Department.
Note: The amount should be displayed in the correct column based on departments.
