Editing Subsidiary record receiving error message that states Please enter value(s) for: Main Support Email Address
When editing an existing Subsidiary record and receiving an error message that states "Please enter value(s) for: Main Support Email Address" to resolve this issue please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Subsidiaries
2. Click Edit next to the Subsidiary in question
3. Click on the Preferences tab and Support sub-tab
4. Make sure the field Main Support Email Address is not blank
