Decimal Precision for Est. Extended Cost on Sales Orders

Unlike other Currency fields, Est Extended Cost field may pull up values from other fields which can support more than 2 decimal places. However, once the value is carried over to the Sales Order, the decimal will have two decimal precision, and will follow the rules for rounding off.
