Administrators are Unable to Create Asset Proposal Due to this Error: 'Notice: You do not have privileges to view this page'

 

This happens if there are restrictions set for script: FAM- Proposal (ue) (ID: customdeploy_ncfar_proposal_ue ). Users can choose a Role, Department, Subsdiairies, or even Individual Employees who can only access Asset Proposal page.

To verify and fix this:

1.    Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments

2.    At the bottom of the page >  Record Type field > choose FAM- Asset Proposal

3.    Edit FAM - Proposal (ue)

4.    Audience tab > ensure that Administrator is included in the Roles field.  Remove/modify all other restrictions that prevent the user to view the Asset Proposal page.

5.    Click Save
