Adaptive Insights: No Option for NetSuite Setup or NetSuite Login Email

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.


Problem:
User purchased and installed the Financial Planning bundle (ID 30441) in NetSuite. However when navigating to the Financial Planning tab, an error is encountered: Your company has not yet purchased or setup the Financial Planning Module.

User then logs in to Adaptive Insights via https://live.adaptiveplanning.com/app to check email address set (Answer ID: 31298).

User is unable to see NetSuite Setup under Integration.

Solution/Reason:
If NetSuite Setup tab is unavailable on the user's Adaptive Insights account, user has to contact their NetSuite Account Manager.
 
The NetSuite Setup Tab and the NetSuite Login Email field for the user account in Adaptive have to be turned on by Adaptive Insights Provisioning team.
NetSuite Account Managers have to go through the order process to have these feature added or turned on. Support does not have access or authority to provision new features. Enabling the feature in Adaptive Insights has to go through the sales process.
