This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.
This happens in Adaptive Insights > Admin > My Personal Information > Change Password or Preferences > My Avatar section is missing.
1. Login as Administrator in Adaptive Planning.
2. Navigate to Admin > System > Visual Preferences.
3. Under the Use Avatars section check the box Allow avatars.
4. Click Save.
