User encounters ‘Shipment tracking information not available’ when Package Tracking Number link is click in the Item Fulfillment using Integrated UPS Shipping item

This message is encountered when:

1.     The tracking number was generated using a Sandbox account or a Test drive account

2.     The tracking number is a dummy number randomly assigned. Users can double check the tracking number validity by searching for it in www.ups.com
