Navigate to Lists > Search > SavedSearches > New > Select Transaction.
Criteria tab > Standardsubtab:
- Type = is Invoice
- Date = specify a date range to limit results.
- Main Line = is true (yes).
Results tab > Columnssubtab:
- Add Customer/Project Fields... > Name
- Add Sales Rep
- Add Number
- Add Amount
Note: Ensure Show Totals box is checked.
Available Filters tab:
- Add Date. Check Show in Footer box.
- Add Customer/Project Fields... > Name/ID. Check Show in Footer box.
Click Save & Run.
